Most people don't come to coaching because they lack information. They come because they feel stuck.
Maybe you're overthinking every decision, struggling with self-doubt, feeling burned out, or running into the same patterns in your career or relationships.
You know something needs to change. You're just not sure what, or how to make it happen.
That's where coaching comes in.
Three areas. One connected journey.
While every client's situation is unique, most coaching conversations eventually lead to three areas that have the greatest impact on how your life feels:
- • Your relationship with yourself.
- • Your work and career.
- • Your relationships with others.
Because when one area improves, the others naturally follow.
01 — Confidence
You know what you want to do. You just don't trust yourself to do it. We work on the self-doubt, imposter syndrome, and second-guessing that keeps you stuck in your head, and help you build real confidence from the inside out.
02 — Career
Whether you're considering a career transition, stuck in the wrong role, or searching for greater purpose and clarity, we help you figure out what's next and actually move toward it. Not just think about it.
03 — Relationships
Maybe you keep having the same arguments, struggle to set boundaries, or haven’t found the right relationship yet. We help you understand the patterns that get in the way and build stronger, healthier relationships with others and yourself.

How it works
Simple process. No guesswork.
A 20-minute call to talk about where you are, what you're looking for, and whether this is the right fit. No pressure, no pitch.
If we decide to work together, we begin with a deep-dive session to understand exactly where you are and what needs to shift first.
Three sessions a month, with assignments in between. We track your progress, adjust as needed, and stay focused on what actually matters to you.
Most clients don't just get answers — they get a different relationship with themselves. The tools stay with you long after the 6 months end.
Why it works
Why most coaching falls short
Most approaches focus on only one piece — mindset, habits, or emotions. But if you've ever understood a problem intellectually and still couldn't change it, you know that's not enough.
The BETAS Method works differently. Developed by Annie over 15 years of practice, the BETAS Method draws from both Eastern philosophy and Western psychology. It addresses five interconnected dimensions simultaneously — not as separate modules, but as one integrated process.
Physical patterns and nervous system
Emotional awareness and resilience
Beliefs and mental patterns
Behaviors aligned with your goals
Meaning, purpose and values
That's why clients often experience change that sticks — not just temporary motivation.

You can keep trying to figure it out alone.
Most people spend months — sometimes years — reading books, listening to podcasts, and waiting for the right moment.
Yet the same decisions stay unresolved. The same patterns repeat. The same goals stay on the horizon.
At some point the question isn't whether change is possible. It's whether you're ready to stop waiting.

Clarity. Confidence.
A life that actually feels like yours.
Between sessions you'll have assignments designed to keep things moving—not busywork, but real reflection and action. The BETAS methodology guides every session — working simultaneously across Body, Emotions, Thoughts, Actions, and Spirit. Unlike standard coaching that focuses only on mindset or goals, BETAS addresses the whole person, which is why clients see change that actually sticks.

Frequently Asked Questions
Therapy focuses on understanding the past — processing what happened and why. Coaching focuses on where you are now, where you want to go, and how to close that gap.
Many clients come to Annie after years of therapy feeling self-aware but still stuck in the same patterns. That’s exactly where coaching starts — not more analysis, but the clarity, structure, and accountability to actually take action.
Each session is designed to help you gain clarity, identify patterns, and take practical steps forward. Annie uses the BETAS Method, a holistic framework working across Body, Emotions, Thoughts, Actions, and Spirit. Sessions may include reflective dialogue, mindset work, emotional processing, mindfulness practices, and concrete action planning. You will always leave with a clearer direction and specific next steps. Sessions are 60 minutes via Zoom.
That’s one of the most common things Annie hears. Most disappointing coaching experiences come down to the same thing: too generic, too surface-level, or too focused on motivation without real structure. Annie’s approach focuses not only on insight but on helping you recognize the patterns keeping you stuck and develop sustainable ways to move forward. The process is highly individualized and designed to create real change in career, relationships, confidence, and overall well-being.
Coaching recommendations and pricing are discussed during the free consultation call. This allows Annie to better understand your goals, challenges, and the level of support that would be most helpful. The initial call is completely free, and there is no obligation.
Life coaching is not a medical or mental health service and is generally not covered by health insurance. Some clients use professional development or leadership training budgets through their workplace to invest in coaching.

Burnout often signals that something deeper is off — not just overwork, but a misalignment between how you’re living and what actually matters to you. Coaching helps you identify what’s driving the exhaustion, make changes that stick, and rebuild a sense of direction and energy.
BETAS is a holistic coaching framework developed by Annie Lin that works across five dimensions simultaneously — Body, Emotions, Thoughts, Actions, and Spirit. Rather than focusing only on mindset or behavior, BETAS addresses the whole person, which is why clients experience lasting change rather than temporary motivation.
