I began a new chapter in my life. I moved to NYC and was ready to start from scratch. In a way, I felt like a new person; at the same time, I was the same accumulation of old habits and beliefs. I wanted to start my new journey without the parts of my character that held me back. I sought advice in many areas of my life: work, relationship, family, and spiritual path. We worked together for three months, seeing each other every other week. After completing my coaching practices, I feel confident, collected, and organized. Annie introduced me to the idea of personal commitments, which I previously did not recognize in the same way. My life became structured when I started committing to my goals consistently. Before coaching, I was constantly overwhelmed with ideas and ambitions; however, Annie taught me to approach them gradually and prioritize my highest values. Then order replaced my chaos. I appreciated the most about Annie’s coaching is her application of ancient Eastern wisdom into her practices. I have never previously considered life coaching before because I was afraid of the cold and systematic approach to life-solving. With Annie, however, it was a different story. While coaching was strategic, there also was a space for philosophical discussions and contemplations, for connection with body and soul. I can now efficiently manage routine and maintain my spiritual health. What I also enjoyed about the coaching is Annie’s teaching about mind and body connection. Annie introduced me to a more efficient mind work through body use. Meditation was a big part of it. Annie encouraged me to meditate daily, and soon I could not start my day without taking a few conscious breaths. Coaching with Annie significantly improved my life and gave me a solid foundation to rely on. I’m grateful for the wisdom she shared with me. I see my path with better clarity and understanding, and I feel in charge of my life. I’m happy to keep in touch and recommend Annie to my friends and family.
