The Information We Collect
In the course of interacting with Visitors, we will collect the following types of information (henceforth collectively, “Information”). By using the Website, you consent to our processing and collecting of this data, on the terms and for the reasons which are explained below.

a. From Surveys. Additional information about yourself that you voluntarily provide to us via occasional surveys. The Website occasionally requests information from users via surveys. Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of the Website.

We use third-party analytics services (such as Google Analytics) to evaluate your use of the Website, compile reports on activity, collect demographic data, analyze performance metrics, and collect and evaluate other information relating to the Website and mobile and Internet usage.

Information about Google Analytics for Visitors from European Economic Area (EEA)
In case the IP anonymization is activated on this website, your IP address will still be shortened beforehand by Google within the Member States of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area (EEA). Only in exceptional cases, the full IP address will be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and be shortened there. On behalf of the provider of this website, Google will use this information in order to assess your use of this website to create reports on website activity and to provide further services connected with the use of the website and with internet use to the provider of this website. The IP address transmitted by your browser in the context of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.
Accessing and Modifying Personal Information and Communication Preferences
If you have registered for the Website, you may access, review, and make changes to your Personal Information, Billing Information, and certain Other Information by clicking on the link located on the bottom of each email you received from us. Visitors cannot opt out of receiving transactional emails related to their account or their Orders. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to process such requests in a timely manner. You should be aware, however, that it is not always possible to completely remove or modify information in our subscription databases.

We use the Personal Information, the Order Information, the Billing Information, and the Other Information (collectively, the “Information”) to provide our services; to process Orders; to maintain and improve the Website and services offered to you; to solicit your feedback; and send you occasional emails, recordings, videos or newsletters to inform you about our products and services, news about subscriptions or to notify you of the changes of the terms of service.
Newyorklifecoaching does not share, sell, rent, lease or otherwise transfer any Information collected whether automatically or through your voluntary action.
It is unlawful for any software, company, or natural person to use, process, gather or copy Information collected by Newyorklifecoaching.
To the extent permitted by law, we may also disclose the Information: (i) when required by law, court order, or other government or law enforcement authority or regulatory agency; or (ii) whenever we in good faith, believe that disclosing such Information is necessary or advisable, for example, to protect the rights, property, or safety of Newyorklifecoaching or others. Please keep in mind that whenever you voluntarily make your Personal Information available to third parties — for example on message boards; through email; during webinars, classes, telephone conferences, or coaching calls; or in comment or chat areas — that information can be seen, collected, heard, and/or used by others besides us. We cannot be responsible for any unauthorized third-party use of such information.

Newyorklifecoaching does not monitor, recognize, or honor any behavioral advertising opt-out or do not track mechanisms, including general web browser “Do Not Track” settings and/or signals.
