I was stuck in a point of my life, overwhelmed with feelings of being lost and left out. Annie guided me to question my thoughts and to choose more empowering perspectives. She gave me the sense of security and the steps to stay centered and not to over-analyze things. In particular, the meditation has helped me tremendously to stay present and focused. Annie has also helped me master the skills of creating new habits. As a result, I was able to establish routines and rituals to handle stress better, and to improve my personal relationships.
