I worked with Annie over the course of 4 months. I came to Annie in order to gain some assistance and insight with a very specific goal as to how to get ‘un-stuck’ within my career. However, within my first two sessions with Annie, she helped me to realize another aspect of my life that I was completely ignoring, an aspect that would greatly benefit from some nurturing and attention. Annie introduced me to the practice of meditation, as well as the practice of being aware of my thoughts and emotions and honoring the way I felt rather than diminishing my feelings. These are practices that I will continue to implement in my life going forward. In each session with Annie, I was met with non-judgmental input. Annie always challenged me to realize the ways in which my own actions were contributing to the situations within my life that I was experiencing. Over the course of my sessions with Annie, the pandemic hit and at that point, I was so grateful that I had made the decision to work with her. Annie helped me to navigate my feelings and deal with the harsh impact that the pandemic was having on my work life. It was as if all of my previous sessions with Annie were preparing me for this moment in my life where if I hadn’t previously begun receiving her coaching, I would not have been able to deal with it in such a calm and resilient manner. I recommend working with Annie, no matter how small you may think your issues are. Annie will undoubtedly help you to not only conquer your current concerns but she will help to equip you with the tools necessary to conquer any other challenges you will encounter in your life going forward.
