Question 1

How is your coaching different for ambitious professionals?

Accepted Answer

My coaching acts as a decision and action accelerator for high-achievers who are tired of playing it safe. Unlike general coaching, I use a structured framework to address the internal conflict and overthinking that keep smart professionals stuck, helping them take bold, decisive action in their career and life.

Question 2

What is the process for stopping overthinking and taking bold action?

Accepted Answer

I use a holistic framework that makes invisible patterns visible so you stop fighting fear and instead use it as energy for movement. We identify your specific avoidance loops and build a concrete bridge from being stuck to taking action, so you achieve your potential instead of just thinking about it.

Question 3

Am I a good fit if I’m already successful but feel stuck or unfulfilled?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Most of my clients are entrepreneurs, consultants, and corporate professionals in their 30s and 40s who feel a gap between where they are and what they know they’re capable of. If you feel restless, unfulfilled, or like time is running out, this work is designed to help you stop playing small.

Question 4

How does life coaching differ from traditional therapies?

Accepted Answer

While therapy often focuses on healing the past or managing anxiety, my coaching is an action-oriented partnership focused on your future. Many clients are already self-aware and don’t need more analysis; they need strategy, accountability, and support to take the bold moves they’ve been avoiding.

Question 5

What is the New York Life Coaching approach?

Accepted Answer

My work is built on the BETAS framework, a high-performance methodology that integrates Body, Emotions, Thoughts, Actions, and Spirit. This structured system helps ambitious professionals move beyond overthinking and internal conflict into grounded, decisive action and meaningful results.

Question 6

What happens during a typical coaching session?

Accepted Answer

Each session provides pattern recognition and strategic clarity so you leave with a clear path forward. Sessions are held via Zoom and accessible worldwide. We identify hidden blocks, challenge assumptions, and integrate mindfulness and somatic exercises. You commit to concrete action steps, and progress is reviewed each session.

Question 7

Are your services covered by insurance?

Accepted Answer

Life coaching is not a medical service and is not covered by health insurance. However, many corporate clients use professional development or learning and development budgets to fund coaching as a leadership and decision-making investment.

Question 8

What is your background and credentials?

Accepted Answer

I bring over 15 years of experience working with high-level professionals and training coaches. My work has been featured on platforms such as the BBC and NBC. I specialize in helping smart, driven individuals stop getting in their own way and take the bold action they’ve been avoiding.
